It doesn't really matter if the 80% of the population that uses computers has Windows on their boxen or *nix, they're the 80% for a reason.  They don't know why things work the way they do and don't care to know why they work the way they do.  With *nix, since it's far more difficult to do the typical malware/spyware/virii b.s. for the crackers to destroy systems or build their bot
