Waits for inevitable ms bashing...


just got an awesome new laptop
and i want windows on there for
some of my p2p and warez appz
so i have to dual boot...

aside
from windows not working on single
boot to everyones liking ,id like
to do it anyway..

any thoughts or experience on dual booting?

Yeap, no problems. Partition the drive first, install Windows, then install [

linux

  distro of choice] and use GRUB to dual boot.

okay so just reboot and put the rebuntu cd in
...


the gRUB loader part i know nothing about
i assume i will be able to type one command
to boot windows and the other to boot rebuntu?

should i go ewith desktop or server cd for
my laptop does it matter? i want to obviously
do LAMP development from starbucks or whatever.
