Couldn't decide whether to put this in the OS-X category or phpMyIDE because that's how I'm using it.

Fluid is a handy little app that lets you create stand-alone applications for your web applications. They maintain their own cookies, remember screen position, can be set to "Spaces" in a way that makes me MUCH happier than Safari's or FireFox's support.

It's free and cool. Not earth shaking but nifty.
