As normal the rss feed is
http://www.perkiset.org/forum/index.php/type,rss/action,.xml
that brings the last 5 posts from all the forum.

For feeds of a specific board that interests you.
http://www.perkiset.org/forum/index.php?action=.xml;board=7;type=rss
So for this board http://www.perkiset.org/forum/init_new_member_introductions-b7.0/
Just change the board number in the rss feed.
