inside the earth there are mole people.

i have excellent night vision.  ;p

and for evolution, its no longer survival of the
fittest... modern science is more concerned
with conquering hair loss and prolonging erections.

see: pomegranate juice.

SO intelligent people are waiting to have babies
and jerry springers audiences babies mamas
are now babies grandmamas.. And Steve
is running the show but hes just one of them.
Not that I watch... Smiley

If we were frozen and thawed in 500 years we would
sound pompous and faggy to them because
you could call them all and just use this
to talk to them:

http://www.pchealthprofessionals.com/fun/ebonics2.swf

see: Dvd - Idiocracy

So evolutionarily, we are headed towards
a dumbing down and masses of monster
track jams being held on top of mountains
of trash and that will be even 'more better'.

Thats what im talkin' 'bout.

JM

Fortunately for us, the processes by which natural selection occurs mean that while two brilliant people may have a better chance of having brilliant offspring, it's also perfectly natural for a pair of idiots to have a genius child.

But it was a funny movie.

but the likelyhood is far less. Intelligence is partly environmental. Dumb fucks tend to birth dumb fucks.

that movie is great, terrible and sad. Unfortunately its way too true. The subtle jokes between the blatant ones are a reason to watch it whenever its on.

i am sure i am less intelligent than everyone else in this room, but a few things i understand having studied this over the years is the following:

the pineal gland is what produces melatonin
the pituitary produces growth hormone (GH)

an important consideration to note is fact that shortly after midnight your pituitary releases GH and to have the most restorative sleep, you should ideally be asleep when GH is released.

one can have their melatonin measured with saliva test from alternative oriented labs such as Great Smokies.  don't expect a typical doc to know this much and insurance doesn't cover it if so.  my brain doesn't produce much melatonin and thus i have to make sure all the lights are off and then take melatonin under the tongue.  it doesn't take much: even though it is normal dosage sizes of 3 to even 5 mg, i take as little as .2 mg and find "less is more".

this GH around midnight issue might explain why if i sleep 12-8 am, i feel much better than if i go to sleep much later than midnight, like 4am-12pm which will have me feeling rather shitty the next morning.  so sleep definitely ain't sleep.  find what makes you feel best and i doubt you'll be going wrong b/c your body usually doesn't lie--barring taking drugs to make yourself feel better of course.

Very interesting, fib.  I have taken melatonin before it works well but found
that taking too much left me groggy even though the damned hippies said
i wouldnt be... will try lower dosage

Usually, I just need a good
and a full glass of cold milk most nights.....

how about the drugs they make me take that are impossible to
sleep on?

JM, and the midnight runners.  02:58 AM

The pineal gland also secretes DMT, which is what happens when you dream. It's a schedule I drug in the US, but it can't be regulated properly because over 90% of the plant life on earth creates DMT naturally. If you smoke it, supposedly you will never look at things the same way again. A lot of people believe it bridges the gap between the natural world and the spirit world.
