lol. its peroni, and an indication of how lazy I am. Its not that I dont want to pour the beer, but instead that I dont want to clean the glass. Thats because we have non-dishwasher-safe pilsner glasses that are great, but must be hand washed. fuck that.

I take great care with my beer. I'll hand wash a glass if need be, and like you, I have the proper glasses for each variety. Beer in the bottle is not allowed to bloom on the palate. The release of carbonation is absolutely essential!
