hi,

i have become quite fond of phpmyide.  i think it is one of the great finds on the Net.

however, i have a recurring problem.  occasionally i can't connect to my MySQL database.  this happens like 10% of the time i use it.

(i'm using Firefox 3.6.8.  i'm connecting to a MySQL database.)

so far the solution has been to reboot.  i've seen it take two reboots before i could connect.

however, i've now rebooted three times and i am looking for another solution. 

i really like it.  however, how do i get it out of the funk it gets into where it won't connect to my db?

hi, sorry, i made a mistake with my post.  i can connect to the database. 

the problem is i can't open up the form so that it shows my database.  in the 'Script Explorer' tab, the only thing i can see in the control is 'Information schema'.  i can't see the other databases.   i reload the browser and click 'refresh', i click on other tabs, but i can't get the state where i'm seeing the other databases.  thanks.

well, i just restarted the browser and everything is back the way it was.  Perk, please delete these posts.  Sorry, i should have waited before whining!

Lol no worries cafescott, it's all good.

The current version definitely has it's idiosyncrasies, but that sounds kinda weird. Glad it's sorted out.
