iphone nda

So I WAS going to start on my first iPhone project, or at least start learning the tools.
And I WAS going to share the adventure here.
however
http://gizmodo.com/5028374/iphone-app-devs-still-gagged-by-non+disclosure-agreement-mad-as-fn-hell-about-it
LOL
no wonder so many of the apps suck. You can't talk about it.
you are basically allowed to say: yes I have an iPhone, and i am writing an application for it.
then end.
pfft. stupid apple.

I think it'd be fair to post what you WOULD do IF you were coding an app...
you know, from a purely hypothetical perspective.
And many here would love to here your
experience
thoughts on the possibilities.

actually i just realized an idea.
I will start a company.
the company will agree to the NDA.
the company will start a website.
devs can sign up to become an employee of the company.
the company has s closed forum which devs can talk about iphone programming...
LOL, because I am sure that a COMPANY can agree to the NDA, and thus all the employees within that company are bound as well, but at the company level.
