Everyone takes their own paths down life.  I thought it would be interesting if people briefly outline their path to success.


going months where you could barely afford food
having people make fun of you because you would rather work than go out partying
getting so frustrated that you could throw your computer at the wall
working for 3 hours on a project only to realize you didn't save
debugging a program for hours only to find that you were saving it in the wrong folder
thinking it is easy to make money online,
taking four years to find out the power of scale

finally "making it"

If that's you're story JSP, then congrats. As a serial entrepreneur I really, really get it.

Your prose is both poignant and illustrative. Most people think that "making it" is luck.
