 When i was your age we used to have to dialup to TELNET to check our email at .3kbps... and we liked it!!! Only Dweebs and weirdos had an email address or played an online game. AND WE Used to have to walk to the tv to change the channel!!!

was technically .3kbps
300 BITS per second! I remember
calling a Bulletin board in hawaii
long distance from VA in 1982 and
it taking about a second and a half
for the 300 bit per second full duplex
echo for a typed character to make it
to hawaii and be sent back to your
terminal screen..... hahahaha

LOL your right. 300k is DSL speeds. I meant 300 baud, and it was the size of a shoe box.
