I am writing a macro script for scraping information- but I need to use tor and change my identity every so often, but when I try to access the Icon in taskbar, i can get my script to right click the icon.. the pop out window has no information- for me to choose new identity

No idea man, but you can do it pretty easily on the command line in Linux if you're running Tor from there.
