Holy shit... the number of attack vectors that opens up is simply stunning - even for simple scriptkiddies.

Run C, PHP, Python inside a swf, client side? Or perhaps the notion of eliminating the AJAX need entirely... your apps could run connections to protected portals on your boxes that supply direct DB access and such... or render your graphics on the fly using the surfer's processor rather than yours... or drop files of easy and difficult to find persistence on a box... or have that box do all kinds of crawling and surfing for you... yikes - I'm gonna have to start thinking about how to protect myself from that! It's massive!
