This one's been discussed to death on Reddit, so I know a few of the nitty-gritty details.
It seems to me like whoever is monitoring those computers could easily be in possession of kiddie porn. Not the sharpest tools in the shed at that school...
People on reddit are pretty smart techie wise, but not too smart legal wise.
4th amendment does not apply for border crossings and for the most part for student on school property with students.
So if there was a video survillance camera in a school washroom, obviously the video feed would be stored for X months (incase a "crime" has been committed). That is not kiddie porn.
Obviously those devices where installed in the school laptops
so big fat blob could wank off while looking at little boys undressing while shoving his face full of jelly donuts so hard working under paid school employee could ensure our children are safe.
I think perks,vsloathe and to be on the safe side isthisthingon should be
tortured questioned using Professional interrogation techniques. First they could start with an "attention grab". Then possibly they should have a few "attention slaps" so they can focus properly. Maybe then they could have a "long time standing" inside a "cold cell". During the 40+ hours spent standing up, they could think about the importance of preserving freedom and liberty.
