Might I suggest http://www.prosperent.com? They have a product api as well as javascript based ads. These guys know what they are doing and as long as you are not cookie stuffing don't particularly care where the traffic is coming from either 

I don't know if you just use your system to redirect traffic (which they wouldn't like) but if you use any landing pages (or fancy coding one using the api) you can't go wrong.

I just read that page and what the users have to say. I must admit that it sounds a bit whiney and tiny. What "grand corruption" is there? I'm not on their side or advocating anything, but would like to know your opinion and why you're on that side. What evidence (or even hearsay) of corruption is there?

amazon is really bad.. i was nuked last year from amazon claiming i was doing ppc where fact i was direct linking..

they suck..... an guy i vaguely know has lost thousands that they claimed was earned in not conforming with their user agreements. The fact that he was legitimately selling microsoft software seems irrelevant apparently. He tried and then gave in which i guess is what they are hoping for.
