As a child I fought desperately to tune Speed Racer in on UHF  Grin  .... with a dial

LOL ... wasn't Speed right after Kimba, the White Lion and before the Addams family? Ch52 as I recall. Kind of cool to be around for a real conversion moment, even as anti-climactic as it is.

i dunno, i used to be able to sit in my rv and watch the news and catch the weather with a 75 watt inverter and a solar charger... this changes my whole scheme cause the converter boxes are drawing some power.

I just think its crazy that we are just accepting more and more little boxes in our homes.... who knows whats gonna be in the next box the govt wants in your home..

insert talk radio big govt shit here...   sorry about the anti climax.. ill do a plumpkin
for you later if you want?

Warning: dont look into what a plumpkin is.

Ive been collecting proof that we live in that world

Better have a lot of storage space Wink  Fox "News" is living proof of the Idiocracy that a large portion of Americans live in.  AM radio nails the coffin shut on this reality - IMO.

I tell people Idiocracy is a pre-cog documentary. Its a good filter. If they "get it" they are a keeper. If they don't, hopefully they bring good beer to parties...

So many gems.
