ITTO posted a thread about arguments & logic few days ago.. Here's EXCELLENT review of Star Wars Phantom Menace and I urge you to watch it. It's made with ehm.. "unique style" but it's probably the best review I have seen in a while. The guy talks about all the problems Phantom Menace had and you realize that no matter what your opinion used to be, it really is one of the worst movies ever produced.

Only had time for part 1 of 7.  OMFG that's hilarious!  I always thought the movie was simply a steamy pile.  But further clarification regarding the mass, temperature, moistness and aromatic intensity of the pile in question provides quick answers to challenges such as: why did you hate it so much?

Nice one kurdt.  I'll be watching the entire review with my gf later since we're both Star Wars fans and both felt face-raped after being subjected to the massacre of potential known as The Phantom Menace.

by the timeline of the movie... ben should have only aged
20 years from the time he was watching over puke skywalker
maybe its the multiple suns that aged him so rapidly.. maybe
it was the dwindling life force supplied by the good side of the
force... maybe he was older than he looked and kept that way
by the amount of jedis alive in the first 2.5 movies...

 i mean when the emperor drained  his power trying
to electrocute windu's light  saber he aged quickly but OMG...
agree with the vid... PHANTOM SUCKS and im ashamed to have
waited my entire life to see it.   plus, darth vader is a pussy.

For the record, I'm not a huge fan of rape - be it the act of giving or receiving.  But damn it it's Christmas!  Let's have some good old fashioned dark ages play up in this bitch.  May your seasons be long and gay merry.

why did you hate it so much?

For me the reason was that it wasn't Star Wars at all. It was something that had the same world(s) but it didn't have anything similar "feeling-wise" than original Star Wars. I think this review and especially the last part says it the best when the guy loops thru different scenes from old ones and new ones.

Also I have always thought that George Lucas is probably the world's most overrated director ever that milks with his one lucky shot fucking it up over and over... kinda like Mark Suckerberg and his Facebook.
