You've just gotta read it. The complaint really claims that the entire world is scoffing this guy's ideas from his plays and writings, and he deserves 75BB in compensation.

He must have just read The Mouse That Roared.

Clearly the lawsuit itself is prima facie evidence that the guy is completely bonkers.  It should be used to justify his immediate involuntary commitment to an appropriate institution.

It isn't clear from the article whether the guy is represented by counsel or not, but if so, the attorney representing him must be on pretty shaky mental health ground too.

There's an old saying (somewhere) that if you file enough lawsuits eventually you will win one of them.

Also, he is a published writer trying to be more noticed and he made the news!

Whitehead has suffered great harm and Apple and Oprah are filthy criminals for harming them ruthlessly by stealing their property. Who's confused about what?  Stolen intellectual property is no less harmful than stealing a loaf of bread from a homeless person FFS 

It's always ironic to see Apple on this side of the legal fence but never surprising and karmically quite appropriate
