I actually saw and tried out that device (WITH MY FINGER, sick fuck) - here's their site:
http://www.realtouch.com/static/a/index.html... it was pretty good. I was at the AEX/ANX in Las Vegas last year. The first day I put my finger in it and was just WOWWED by the sensation and the choreography between the device and the video. I couldn't bend my finger for like 3 hours

. That night, I wondered how much it was the robot and how much it was the coordination with my eyes. So the next day at the show, I put my finger in it but looked away and focused simply on the sensation, not anything else. It was interesting, but nothing compared to the whole effect. Handily, they have a big ol' squirt bottle of Purell for after demos. I felt like I wanted to bath in rubbing alcohol afterward.
They have an interesting model - the device is somewhat inexpensive (for what it does anyway) - they have a subscription model for viewing the coordinated videos. Interesting. But I wonder how much staying power the subscription model has for them (pun intended). In that industry, new/different is king - so I wonder what the average life of a contract is for them...
