I saw a special on this recently and was completely blown away.  Keep scrolling down for some amazing pictures of perhaps the deepest underground cave known to man.  It's 160 degrees down there  Devilish

Totally.  And interesting diametrically opposed thermal conditions - ice and 160 degree crystal that just looks like ice.

I saw that place on a history channel special or something one time.  Awesome looking place.

I thought the same thing when i first saw it - they stumbled upon the Fortress of Solitude and Superman is going to be PISSED.
