Ok so I am a bit late hearing of this.
First, wtf is the draw? Yes there is some funny stuff, but it all ends up on youtube so meh, no need to participate. 99.999% of people are boring as fuck, so why would I want to chat with them?
Second. I dont know whether this is Horrible, Brilliant, or if I should try it...

It's like Logan's Run man. Spin the hookupmeter and see what you come up with. All anonymous, you can wag the tackle at folks and get away with it (you might get reported, but that's what fake addresses and proxies are for).
Perfect for those with just a little too much time on their hands.

I think it's a great concept about how easily people can be connected. People still don't seem to grasp that and even fewer people seem to understand what you can do with that power. But I just can't see Chatroulette hanging in there were long. I mean it's just so untargeted, repetitive and doesn't really have any other function that randomly meet people who don't want to meet you - unless you are 17 years old swedish girl, I would prefer italian but nordic blond seems to have strange appeal to foreign men.
