(Reprint from the Syndk8)

Claude Gong, one of the owners of my primary ISP, has passed away.

He was a Cisco genius, *nix virtuoso, fellow BH, happy and kind soul. Whenever something of ... erm, interest, needed to be done he was the man. Always had a laugh for me, was a superb, first rate friend and business partner. He has assisted a couple of you here, but not many - he was not widely known, but those that knew him, certainly enjoyed a great person, as I have for the last 9 years. I think even his systems know that he is gone, as all of my sites are down this morning. I think he is probably laughing somewhere, knowing that his brother and partner now has to get up to handle my trouble calls Smiley .

Rest in peace, dear friend.

I'm very sorry to hear this bro.  Not sure if he was the guy I met when you gave me the tour but he was obviously a good man who will be missed.  I hope he is laughing  Angel
