You'd of course be right on some of our accounts - in my test cases today it would be "ears" and "audiology" that would have to be the banned words...

but given that the test machines were front-desk machines that have been managed by another company for quite a while (I don't manage that component) it seems pretty clear that junk settings have probably been manually set much higher. This would explain the inital issues - and perhaps why we might have troubles in the future.
