I'm trying to reach one of my billion sites with www.example.com !

All is going well ... browsing 2-3 pages ... and the it cannot connect to it anymore !

I've request to my webhosting company to unblock my ip from a firewall or something like this !

They've unblocked and then step 1 repeats .... browsing 2-3 pages and then it stucks again !

They've told me this

MY.IP.0.1    *   inout   1054   lfd - 5 (mod_security) login failures from MY.IP.0.1 in the last 300 secs

any clues ?

I'm guessing you must have more configuration lines for mod_security in httpd.conf or similar.  I'd search your conf files for mod_security and see what it has to say...so no, i don't really have any idea, goodluck though!

that sounds like a runaway script. do you have anything that is logging in to that machine automatically?

Yeah, sounds exactly like runaway script.

Also I once got same kind of behavior when I was doing only 5 parallel php file runs from one php script. So with php, it doesn't take a lot

it was just an old version of PHP that wasn't so compatible with my "CONQUER THE WORLD" script !
