Not to say windoze is all that great but ....
Lots of linux distros have an autorun,
And for that matter Mac has an autorun.

It's totally non-news but I thought the way it was written was unnecessarily National Enquirer.  Non-technical readers would understandably dunk their peripherals in spermicide and wrap music CDs in latex before "inserting" them in Wink
