Ok, MS added something pretty cool to the OS.

i just tried it out, and all I can say is, for this alone, I will encourage my clients to upgrade to 7. lol
Instead of me having to fight through their firewall to RD/vnc in, or play blind tech support over the phone, they can just turn this on, and record the steps.

yes its like a screen recorder, but its got some extra balls on it that make it a bit more useful for tech support or even just doing a quick, "how to".

this works great .... pcanywhere and vmware workstation both have a movie maker feature and I have used it this way as well... just ul it to you tube so I don't even have to talk to them about vlc media player or whatever lol

this actually is even simpler. its built into win7. it just takes snapshots, and annotates with system info and such. it then generates a HTML page, and attaches it to email to send.

awesome for old retarded parents.
