the thing I cant grasp about youtube is this:

why would I want to watch a bunch of clips? I cannot envision anyone sitting in front of the TV watching a 3 minute clip, then surfing for a new one, then watching it, then looking for the next...

I am just not grasping youtube.

though frankly, I have yet to search for anything on youtube, I just find it all via the blogs I read.

Hulu makes sense. full shows. 52 minutes of TV before you gotta look for another thing.

For me it's more like showing something to my friends or fiance. Like funny gag on Southpark etc. Youtube is more like collection of best clips from videos all around the world. Too bad 99% of the clips are crap. But I don't understand it either how somebody can blindly go and "surf" on Youtube.
