I decided I need a coder to help me out finish my projects.
I am wasting too much time on the "details".
That way I could spend more of my time researching etc.

I need a person who is
flexable
able to understand new concepts easily
able to get things done.

I was thinking so i do not waste time hiring a person who is good at talking, but little else.
I could make a programming test. As in have them make a simple program that solves a problem of some sort.
Then based on that hire the person.

Silly idea ?

Probably not, at least to solve a few "problems of some sort"

When is the test scheduled?  ROFLMAO
