Back in Sep-Oct when G rolled out the update my big dog took a pretty hard hit --knocking it out of it's long-held (and rightfully deserved. really. no lie. it's legit. trust me.) 2nd place down to something like 5th or 6th. (boo. hiss.) The sites buying links from blogs got a big boost up, two going from 7th or 8th to 2nd and 4th.

I took my own advice and didn't do jackshit for 90 days. Nothing. Zero changes. Not even an updated pix.

Back in 2nd as of yesterday (on a pristine browser, btw). The guys with the paid links are back around 8 & 10.

I realize thecache isn't a big venue for seo but I occasionally need to get it out of my system.

It's funny, actually, just how much under the hood SEO there is going on here.

That's an interesting bullet RC. Thanks meng.
