Yes, it's PCWorld and totally favors Android.  But the details of the various elements of both security approaches is interesting  Nerd

An Android operating system is built on the Linux kernel. All device resources such as GPS data, Bluetooth functions, camera functions, telephony functions, and network related connections etc. These are creates conflicts so that security is needed.
