Although this report is highly biased by not putting *nix based servers on the list as well, it can be understood to a certain extent because the small office / home office would probably not have the skill sets available to deploy a *nix solution to server software and maintenance.

In what way? It's a server class machine and drives, with all of the server software on it for small office management, and no CALs at all - it's wide open. How is it different (except the obvious that it's not running Windows) from the machines outlined in the columns?

Sounds perfect for a small office.
Maybe a doctor's office, or a small law firm etc.
