Hmmm ... is Apple trying to look nice while it squats on Adobe and Goog? Enquiring minds want to know.

In any case, this will open up some interesting doors in the future. I like the notion of the Opera servers compressing the files by 90% - that can only help. Safari for highly interactive pages, Opera for easy browsing and such ... might be cool. Should hit the app store US tonight or tomorrow, available in Europe right now.

Bah. Available to iPad only as a double pixelled classic iPhone app.

Well, I'll try it there, but I amn't browsing with the phone that much these days ...

Opera guys are awesome. They are really out of focus but they are porting Opera to everything and I Applause them for that. Alternative browsers keeps up the development and ensures faster implementation of new possibilities. Though it seems that when it comes to Apple devices, we have WebKit which is the best engine around BUT we are also constantly in the danger that Apple might disable something.
