Without rugged casing, perhaps like the leather case perks mentioned earlier, I could see a rather high rate of touchscreen, fingerslip, floordrops happening - especially in the game / overzealous teen market.
I haven't looked but I wonder if they have an insurance plan where you can get a full replacement if you completely pond-drop your iPad on the way to a client's house
