This seems to be a credible notion from 9to5Mac - especially given Jobs' stay in the hospital for his liver transplant:

Particularly if there's Citrix viewer available, this would make looking at really sophisticated, existing Windows apps available to the Apple platform immediately.
Too early to have a stiffie, but the notion certainly is worth it...
