Good write up..especially since I have been considering
Pythonas the next language tolearnafter I get enoughphpexperience...I've read thatPython3.0 will not have backwards compatibility towards previous versions ofPython...so the upcoming release should be interesting to say the least. For me personally though... as much as I would love just one standard language, its just not possible. I don't stick to just one and often prefer that they at the very least work together. Thats one thing I love about php, I can inter mix it with html & CSS all on the same damn page - they work together wonderfully - and thats what makes a good language - the ability to blend well with the code needed to do what it cannot do itself. |
